How much is weekly service?
Most Irvine front-and-back yards run $160–$240 a month. You get a flat monthly price after the free yard walk.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Weekly service is month to month. Stay because the yard looks good, not because of paperwork.
Can you help with turf-removal rebates?
Yes. We check if your home qualifies, take the before photos and handle the application with you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we hold a California C-27 landscaping license, carry liability insurance and cover every worker with workers' comp.
What if I'm not happy after a visit?
Text us a photo and we'll come back within 48 hours to fix it at no charge.
Do you handle HOAs and commercial properties?
Yes. We maintain HOA common areas and small commercial sites across Orange County.

What we collect
Your name, phone, email, property address and project details from our forms, calls and texts, plus basic site analytics.
How we use it
We use it to schedule visits, send plans and invoices, and follow up on your service. We never sell your personal information.

California residents can ask to know, correct or delete their personal information and can opt out of its sale or sharing. Call (949) 555-0173 to make a request. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Text messages
We text only about your service. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Estimates
Plans and prices are based on conditions we can see during the yard walk. Hidden problems (buried debris, broken lines, poor soil) may change the scope, and we'll always ask before adding cost.
Plant warranty
Plants we install are guaranteed for 90 days when they're on our irrigation and weekly care. The warranty doesn't cover damage from weather extremes, pets or watering changes by others.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be handled in Orange County, California.
